Stress is an experience that is a part of being human. Each one of us creates a state of stress within our self that is unique to each and everyone of us.
The state of stress you experience can be defines as particular patterns of emotional and physiological neuronal responses to all the stimulation we experience. A stress pattern occurs when there is there is a mismatch between what we perceive as demands and perceived ability to cope with those demands and how to.
It is the balance between how we view demands and how we think we can cope with those demands that determines whether we experience stress or not.
This means only we as an individuals can control and manage our stress. Stress management is personal, life skill that can be learned. We can all benefit from learning more about stress and how to handle it.
Every individual experience different kind of stress according to his abilities depending upon his demands. In relation with its dependence the stress is classified into various zones. The first one is the 'normal zone'.
The extent of this zone will be different for each individual and indicates that the body is operating in a normal and a healthy way.
Acknowledge- When term "stress" will be used throughout this post...it will refer to the degree of activation of stress outcome other than the normal zone. Some of its parts are distress and eustress. The activity occurring in the normal zone of stress is a necessary part of each person and a need of body to function properly.
